September 8th, 2001- July 19th, 2012
Spike, a Miniature Pinsher/Chow Chow mix was found abandoned on the side of the road in Arizona. So cute and little, it was natural he was scared. It is hard to know how long he was there, but he was very thirsty and tired…poor little pup. After searching for his owner for many days, we gave Spike a loving home rather than bring him to an animal shelter. Spike brought many smiles and laughs to our staff, clients and friends. From his love of ice cream to chasing bugs around the office, Spike was beyond silly.
On July 19th, 2012, Spike tragically passed away. This came as a shock to Kara and the Kamarron Design team as Spikey always put a smile on all of our faces. As company mascot, he will be greatly missed. Many of our vendors and reps love and adore Spike. There are no words to explain the joy that Spike brought to so many peoples lives. He rests in heaven where he will thankfully no longer suffer from Addison’s Disease, a stress related disorder. Spike suffered from this disease his entire life. He spent many days in the hospital hooked up to an IV, and pulled through every time. To remember Spike’s playful and silly personality, we ask that a donation be made in his honor to ASPCA and the Humane Society. This is greatly appreciated, as there are many pets that will never get to live a life full of adventure as Spikey did.
